Don&rsquo;t have a dolly? No problem! Long Beach Storage has multiple rolling carts to help you move your heavy stuff from your car/truck to your storage unit. And with the lock &amp; security system that they have in place, it gives my wife &amp; I peace of mind that our belongings are safe. I am definitely grateful to Dan for showing me a couple of units before I decided which one would be the best fit for me. Thank you very much for your patience &amp; assistance! I don't have any first hand insight of this storage unit because I wasn't able to speak to a representative to ask questions and/or to view a unit. No, I approached locked doors with Representatives inside and a posted sign instructing you to call their number. With Covid-19 restrictions easing I assumed it wouldn't be a problem speaking with someone. A representative did come to the door and as I proceeded to ask questions, he (the rep) led me to their getting started kiosk. Now, I wouldn't be put off if the navigation was easy but it wasn't. The map was difficult to see and the was no actual pictures of the various size units. That was the biggest reason for my stop as well as proximity to where I live...least amount of travel distance when loading and unloading at both points. How can I determine what size unit I need without seeing a unit? Anyways, the place looks clean and I suggest that you grab a unit as soon as possible because prices have increased. Good luck.
